Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, and expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This role involves rapid response to issues, troubleshooting on-site problems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 

Immediate Joining Salary & Benefits:

? Salary From Rs. 2.00 lacs to Rs. 6.00 lacs per annum

? Experienced: Salary negotiable, based on the candidate\'s last drawn salary

? Employee State Insurance (ESI)

? Provident Fund (PF)

Responsibilities:

1. Rapid Response and Problem Solving:

? Provide swift and effective responses to PLC-related issues. ? Know when to escalate problems and seek assistance when necessary.

2. Communication:

? Establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.

3. Troubleshooting and Issue Analysis:

? Conduct on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve PLC issues.

? Provide detailed failure analysis (FA) reports for documented issues.

4. Logic and Flow Diagrams:

? Create and interpret logic and flow diagrams for program design. Conduct simulations and testing of PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability.   

Qualifications:

? Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

? Proven experience as a PLC Programmer or similar role.

? In-depth knowledge of PLC programming languages and software.

? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

? Experience in creating and reading logic and flow diagrams for program design.

Additional Skills:

? Familiarity with various PLC platforms and programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).

? Knowledge of industrial automation systems and processes. ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
